About the Hardship Registration Discount
We believe regardless of income, living with a medical condition comes with a financial burden no one should bear alone. Thanks to X4 Pharmaceuticals, we are able to offer a $50 discount per registrant until June 1. You can access this discount with no questions asked about your personal financial situation.
To access the discounted registration form, email [email protected] and ask for access to the hardship discount. You will receive a link and a password to a private page. NOTE: The discount cannot be accessed from the regular registration form using the “Register Now!” button below.
Now through April 30, registrants ages 12 and up using the hardship discount are a $105 registration fee per person. The discounted rate increases to $130 on May 1 when early bird pricing ends. Children ages 6-11 are discounted to $45 (no increase on May 1). Children 5 and under are free. All hardship discounts expire on June 1. June 15 is the final day to register for the Retreat.

Before April 30 (early bird)
2 adults = $210
8 year old = $45
4 year old = $0
Total family registration = $255

May 1 – May 31
2 adults = $260
8 year old = $45

2 adults = $360

If you feel you need more financial assistance than the discounted rate, hardship grants are available for those who qualify.
